My journey began in 1998 in Scottsdale as an 18-year-old in the tech startup world. Over the last 25 years from building high-growth technology solutions to being named “Mentor of the Year” by my teams I’ve learned one critical truth: Success isn’t about the software you build; it’s about the community you protect.
Today, I am bringing that lifetime of innovation to the most important mission of my life: Youth Angel.
We are living in an era where the digital world moves faster than our ability to protect our children. I’ve spent my career scaling platforms and managing complex projects, but I’ve realized the greatest “product” we can offer isn’t just technology—it’s peace of mind. Youth Angel is where my history in tech meets my heart for the community. We are taking world-class monitoring tools and providing them to every family for free, because safety should never be a luxury.

Operations Head
Gary is a 7-time slam dunk champion, NBA2K motion capture athlete, and co-founder of the entertainment brand Jurassic Fight Night. A dynamic entrepreneur and content creator, Gary owns Top Floor, a company that connects elite athletes with brand and media opportunities. He’s also an @NBA and @Sprite Uncontainable signee, recognized for his explosive athleticism and creative influence in sports entertainment. As a brand ambassador for The RAADR App, Gary brings deep industry connections, event production expertise, and a proven ability to engage youth audiences, supporting the app’s mission through celebrity recruitment, strategic sponsorships, and national anti-bullying initiatives.
Larry Sanders
Marketing Lead
Larry is a retired NBA center, mental health advocate, writer, and gold record producer. Drafted 15th overall by the Milwaukee Bucks in 2010, he became one of the league’s top shot blockers before walking away from a $44 million contract to prioritize his mental health. Today, Larry leads youth basketball programs, produces music, and runs the Sanders House Foundation, which promotes mental wellness and emotional resilience among athletes and young people. As a brand ambassador for The RAADR App, Larry brings authenticity, advocacy, and creative reach, helping to destigmatize mental health, recruit influential partners, and expand the app’s impact in schools and sports communities.
Zach Andrews
Business Director
Zach is a professional Hollywood stunt performer and former NBA athlete with global reach. After playing four years of college basketball at Bradley University, he joined the Los Angeles Lakers and continued his career overseas for 15 years. Now a SAG-certified actor, Zach is best known as LeBron James’ stunt double, with credits across film, television, and video games. As a brand ambassador for The RAADR App, Zach leverages his athletic and entertainment network to promote the platform, recruit celebrity partners, and support national anti-bullying initiatives.
